Before Your Visit

How to Prepare for Any Injectable Appointment

Avoid blood-thinning medications like aspirin, ibuprofen, and fish oil for 48 hours before (unless prescribed by your doctor)
Limit alcohol and caffeine 24 hours before your visit to reduce bruising
Avoid tanning, waxing, or harsh facial treatments in the days leading up to your session
Come in with a clean face, no makeup is best
Reschedule if you have an active cold sore or skin infection at the treatment area, let us know and we'll move you, no penalty
Eat normally and hydrate, don't arrive fasted

After Your Visit

Botox & Dysport: no lying flat, intense exercise, or touching the area for 4 hours; full results at 10–14 days
Dermal & lip filler: no workouts for 24 hours; ice gently; swelling peaks at 24–48 hours and settles within 2 weeks
Microneedling: expect light redness the day of; gentle skincare and SPF only until skin calms, injections can be performed after any microneedling treatment, sequenced by your injector
Sculptra: follow the massage protocol you'll receive (the "5-5-5" rule) to keep results smooth
Kybella: expect real swelling for several days per session, it's temporary and a sign it's working
Bruising is possible with any injectable, plan visible events 2+ weeks after treatment
