Appointment Policy

We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten your treatment time or reschedule your visit.

In such cases, a cancellation fee may apply, as outlined below. Please plan accordingly to ensure you receive the full benefit of your treatment.

Cancellation / No Show Policy

To ensure all guests receive timely appointments and to respect the time of our providers, Esthetic Finesse has a 48-hour Cancellation/No-Show Policy in place.

If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment or fail to show up, a fee will be charged to the credit card on file. The fee amount varies depending on the type and length of the scheduled service, as outlined in our official policy.

If you no-show or cancel late three times, you will be required to prepay for future services in full at the time of booking. Please note that this prepaid amount is nonrefundable if our cancellation policy is violated.

However, if you reschedule more than 48 hours in advance, the prepaid amount will be fully credited toward your future treatment.

We truly value your time — and the time of our team. Last-minute cancellations leave schedule gaps that cannot be filled, which may impact access for other clients.

By booking an appointment at Esthetic Finesse, you agree to comply with our cancellation and no-show policy.

Refund Policy

At Esthetic Finesse, we are committed to quality and transparency. Please review our refund guidelines:

Services: We do not offer refunds for services rendered, as aesthetic outcomes vary by individual.

Retail Products: We offer exchanges for defective items within 14 days of purchase. No refunds are issued.

Gift Cards: All gift certificate purchases are final and non-refundable.

We appreciate your understanding — these policies help us maintain the highest standard of care for all clients.
